Apple gets Trolled | GooPhone is thinking to sue Apple.

So, here is the intersting news! Apple can be sued by a chinese company. Goophone is a famous chinese company which is known for its cheap android phones. GooPhone released its GooPhone i5 prototype based on the leaked design of Apple iPhone 5. As, GooPhone released its GoPhone i5 design before Apple, if Apple is going to launch their iPhone 5 with the similar design then according to law Apple is copying GooPhone.

 


After getting messy with Samsung there is another resistance in the way of Apple. Its going to be a very intersting topic if Apple give some statements and views about this news. Keep in mind Apple is going to launch its iPhone 5 on 12 september 2012. Apple will be trolled when leading smartphone company get sued by a chinese 'GooPhone' Company for copying their design. This company wants to ban Apple in china so that they can sell their product. China is huge Smart Phone market and if anything happens like this, it will be a big blow to Apple.
